How do I receive my software after purchase?
Moho is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your unique license key and a download link for the installation files.
What are the system requirements for Moho Pro?
Moho Pro requires Windows 10 or higher (64-bit) or macOS 10.15 or higher. You will also need at least 4GB of RAM and an OpenGL 2.0 compatible graphics card.
Can I install the software on more than one computer?
Yes, a single user license allows you to install and activate Moho on up to two different computers (e.g., a desktop and a laptop) for your own use.
What is your return policy for digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital software, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been activated. We recommend downloading the free 30-day trial before purchasing.
Do I need an internet connection to use Moho?
An internet connection is required for the initial product activation and for periodic license validation, but the software can be used offline for standard animation work.
Are software updates included in my purchase?
Minor updates and bug fixes for your specific version (e.g., v13.5 to v13.6) are free. Major version upgrades may require a separate upgrade fee at a discounted rate.
