Verify Eligibility
Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and that digital licenses have not been permanently activated on more than two devices.
Submit a Request
Contact our technical support team through the Moho Customer Portal with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Deactivate Software
For digital returns, you must complete the online deactivation process within the software settings to invalidate the serial key before your refund can be processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once deactivation is confirmed or physical goods are received at our warehouse, a full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
